About our Workshops

Accessed via a private driveway leading to a courtyard business development, the Dovecot Workshops provide an ideal setting for small to medium-sized businesses seeking storage space or a light manufacturing base. These workshops offer a separate reception area, a kitchenette, and a useful carpeted office space on the mezzanine level, with BT and Gigaclear fibre optic connections available.

Each workshop is equipped with 2-phase electricity, large rolling doors, and a convenient loading area at the rear. Additionally, there is designated parking in front of each unit, with extra free parking available at the back—this makes us different from many town settings.

The rural location, combined with lovely views of the surrounding fields, makes these premises a unique and appealing place for our tenants to run their businesses.
