Barnsley Park Estate is a private family-owned estate in the Cotswolds village of Barnsley, 5 miles north-east of Cirencester, with easy access to M4 and M5. The nearest railway stations are at Kemble (10 miles) and Swindon (18 miles). We have offices, workshops and cottages to rent on the estate.

A number of the estate buildings have been converted into offices and workshops, which retain their original character, while providing modern business premises. Our tenants have a wide range of business activities and they vary from small local businesses to branches of large national organisations. Our tenants appreciate the beautiful and peaceful surroundings and friendly atmosphere, which make Barnsley Park Estate such a unique place to locate your business.

Elsewhere on Barnsley Park Estate and in Barnsley village we have 19 cottages of varying sizes, ranging from those suitable for single people or professional couples, to some which are ideal for families. Tenants and visitors are charmed by the combination of warm Cotswold stone and picturesque green fields, which are often home to sheep owned by the tenant farmer.

Our close and successful relationship with our tenants is evidenced by the fact that several of them have been with us for over 15 years.
